Since its inception, the mission of the Federation has been to make Jiu-Jitsu an Olympic Sport.
The SJJIF has grown tremendously since its founding and it has already had sanctioned events and federations in North America, South America, Asia, Europe, Africa and Oceania.
Groupings are now visible and reflect amendments on our end to minimise teammates fighting each other, andempty brackets.
Detailed bracket timings will be visible on Friday evening or earlier.
In some cases, we have assigned an additional bracketto fill an empty division.
Please see the ‘notes’ that indicate which brackets are ‘additional,’ and which brackets may have someone ‘opt out.’
Do reach out to your coach for questions as we have conferred with them in most cases.
Please email us firstname.lastname@example.org toopt-out if there are safety concerns for your athlete.
We will consider change requests for the overall benefit of a division and will not be accepting any change requests after Thursday 6pm.
